Please note that our titles are delivered as a download link given along with your order confirmation upon payment.  This link downloads a 'zip folder' containing your purchase.  Once downloaded to your device you must click upon the folder and unpack it.  You will need an additional app for some 'Ipad' operating systems for this.  We do not recommend any set App but search 'How to open zip files on an Ipad' for more information.
